Washington cop benched after video shows him kicking teen at fair: report


A law enforcement officer in Yakima, Washington has reportedly been put on desk responsibility soon after a video clip seemingly confirmed him kicking a teenager to the floor immediately after spraying him with pepper spray.

Officer Ian Cole, of the Yakima Police Office, was seen on video clip Sunday kicking a teenaged boy on the bottom with his suitable foot, just following he pepper-sprayed him, the Yakima Herald-Republic reported.
